The man's manner of death is still under investigation.
28-year-old Donnell McFarlane died of a gunshot wound to the head, York County Coroner Pam Gay reported Thursday.
State police previously said he was found dead around 8:16 p.m. in a home in the first block of North Main Street. The coroner said the Brooklyn, NY resident had been staying in the homeAlthough Gay confirmed the man’s cause of death, she has not yet ruled on the manner of death. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
