Social distancing in a psychiatric facility amid the coronavirus pandemic is easier said than done.

"[T]he person 'administering' the testing was coughing, not wearing any PPE , and instructed me to swab my own nose," Smith wrote."I was instructed not to swab very far back in my nose, but rather close to the outside."
"Yeah, we have a global pandemic, but in the meantime, we have very sick patients who are not getting adequate treatment," Lee said.
