When it comes to antibody tests for people who believe they may have had coronavirus, “from my perspective I would say they're not ready for prime time,' said Dr. Richard Besser, former acting director of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds announced today that 77 of the state's 99 counties can reopen restaurants, fitness centers, retail stores and enclosed malls at 50% capacity beginning May 1.This approach takes"a targeted approach to loosening restrictions" and focuses on counties"where there is no virus activity or where virus activity has been consistently low and shown a downward trend," Reynolds said.

"It's based on a stabilization and it's based on virus activity and the amount of new cases over the past 14 days," Reynolds said.
