The Desert Labrador Retriever Rescue in the Valley has rehabilitated and rescued over 6,000 dogs since 1999.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Desert Labrador Retriever Rescue is hosting a fundraiser to help pay for the cost of rescuing the group's dogs.The event features live music, a silent auction, full dinner and drinks in one of the farm's event spaces near 96th Street and Cactus Road in Scottsdale.has saved more than 6,000 dogs since the group was founded in 1999. They're also looking for foster parents for dogs as well as adoptive families to permanently place the dogs.

The county has an estimated 120,000 acres of open space parks that includes hundreds of miles of trails, nature centers and campgrounds.
