Cordelia and William Frederick are teaming up on a dinner to mark a collaborative merchandise collection.
The restaurant on East 4th Street will offer a multi-course meal with wine 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13.
The dinner will celebrate the release of the companies’ collaborative merchandise collection. Wines will be available for sale as well.• Veggie burger – smoked beet, caramelized red onion, tomato, butter lettuce, maggi mayo. • Steak salad – pickled red onion, arugula, crispy onion, garlic roasted fries, blistered tomatoes, mustard peppercorn ranch.
• Butterscotch pudding – salted caramel and espresso crème, Matcha slush float, Matcha soft-serve berry jam, lemon ice, meringue.
