Newark Department of Public SafetyPolice are searching for a teenager from Newark who has been missing for almost two weeks.
Kaylee Jones, 14, was reported missing on Thursday, March 9, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said. She was last seen near Sussex Avenue wearing a light gray hoodie, dark gray sweatpants and blue Jordan sneakers, police said. She is 5′5 and about 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, officials said.
Jones is a frequent runaway and is known to visit the area near Grove Street in East Orange, authorities said. Fragé is asking anyone with information about her whereabouts to call the 24/7 tip line at 87-695-8477 or submit an anonymous tip through the police division’s
