Barboiu’s complaint was one of two discrimination lawsuits filed against Mosier within the past few months, court records show.who claims Mosier mistreated her because she is gay “and part of the LBGTQ community.” Gene Wilk, the township’s spokesman, told NJ Advance Media on Friday that Barboiu was suspended for 45 days without pay after surveillance video showed him inappropriately touching a dispatcher.According to a disciplinary notice filed with the state, Barboiu violated township policies through “unwanted physical contact such as intentional touching, grabbing, pinching, brushing against another’s body, impeding or blocking movement.
