LOS ANGELES --Skies will be clear during the daytime, with some winds on Wednesday and temperatures in the 50s and 60s. But at night, temperatures will drop to the 30s and lower in many parts of the region.
Many areas are also being warned of potentially freezing conditions. A freeze watch will be in effect in the San Fernando Valley Tuesday night through Wednesday morning, with temperatures potentially falling below 32 degrees. In the Santa Clarita Valley, temperatures could fall as low as 29 degrees, with a freeze watch in effect from late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.
Los Angeles and Orange counties on Wednesday will see a daytime high temperature of 62 degrees, dropping to 41 at night.Beaches on Wednesday will be sunny and cool, with a high of 59 and 3-5 foot surf. Temperatures will drop to 39 at night. Mountains can expect a high of only 31 degrees during the daytime, dropping to 11 overnight, with some gusty winds.
