Central Ohio Youth For Christ has a Youth Cooks program that offers Franklinton children an opportunity to learn to cook after school.

“My hope would be that we find some kids that are really interested so we can introduce them to some contacts we have,” Pewitt said. “We want to do it with kids who are interested, capable and want to do it.”Columbus-area indoor playground is safe space for children with disabilities “If they can come in here and have 10 minutes in the kitchen, … that’s the blessing of it,” she said. “It’s so fun to watch them just be kids.”
