Federal authorities said the possession of the child pornography materials happened after his conviction which occurred in 2010.

42-year-old Jonathan Lee Debus, of Dover, is charged with possession and receiving explicit materials involving children under the age of 12, the DOJ said. The indictment states that he received the pornography between Oct. 1, 2021, and May 12, 2022.
