Goldman Sachs would put 5,000 workers in Hunt Realty's planned North End development on Field Street, which will include a 1.5-acre park.Information supplied by a general contractor is giving us some clues about Goldman Sach’s planned campus northwest of downtown Dallas.
While Balfour Beatty doesn’t disclose the location of Project Meadow, the only Uptown project in the works of this scope is Hunt Realty’s redevelopment of the North End apartments on Field Street north of downtown. Balfour Beatty officials say the official construction start will be in early 2023. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2026.
