Following Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre 's statements on social media referring to the mayors of Montreal and Quebec City as 'incompetent'—which he reiterated a couple of days ago—observers say Poilievre is 'looking at people to blame for problems that exist in the big cities,' and that he 'really doesn’t have much to lose' electorally by going after the leaders of some of Canada’s biggest cities.
