Comedian Kevin Bridges has confirmed his beloved father Andy passed away earlier this week at the age of 75, surrounded by his loving wife Patricia and family members
A spokesperson for the stand-up comedian, 36, confirmed that his dad sadly passed away on Thursday 5 January, with his loving wife Patricia and other family members by his side.
Speaking to The Sun, the source continued: "Andy was Kevin’s mentor and took him to his first ever gig when he was a teenager. He was still bouncing new material off him in recent weeks.Kevin was known to be extremely close to his father, who was every supportive of his comedy career and actually drove him to The Stand Comedy Club in Glasgow when he was 17 years old for his first open mic performance.
