Police records say the dispatched EMS crew identified Medina-Dorta at the location and moved him to the ambulance. Reports say that while medics tried to treat Medina-Dorta, he became “agitated” and began “kicking and flailing” within the ambulance. One crew member suffered an abdomen laceration while the other crew member sustained bruising from trying to restrain Medina-Dorta, according to Lancaster City Police.
