UPDATE: Colorado’s DMV outage has been resolved.
“The outage affected specific appointments, which were related to the issuance or renewal of licenses, permits, and ID cards,” agency spokesman Derek Kuhn said.DMV officials on Monday morning directed Coloradans to re-schedule in-office services.
Coloradans seeking DMV services also could work through the DMV’s website, myDMV.Colorado.gov, officials said. They also could use MV Express Kiosks in some counties to renew their vehicle registrations.and also online services around Colorado on March 6 due to “a technical issue.” The outage Monday meant “DMV staff could not connect to a vendor’s server, which meant they could not process some DMV transactions,” Kuhn said.
