This week's CFP Top 25 and AP Top 25 are remarkably aligned. The top eight are the same in both. Twenty-four teams are ranked in both, the differences being Kentucky in the CFP at No. 24 and Liberty in the AP poll at No. 19.
Sixteen of 25 teams in the CFP are ranked in the same spot in the AP poll. Beyond Liberty/Kentucky, the biggest differences are that UCLA is No. 12 in the CFP vs. No. 9 in the AP and Kansas State is No. 19 in the CFP vs. No. 23 in the AP.
