The first Historically Black Colleges & Universities and Hispanic Serving Institutions College Fair and Informational Workshop will be held on Thursday, Oct. 6, at the Carlisle YWCA. It’s located at 301 G St., Carlisle. Arrival for this event begins at 9 a.m., with the program beginning at 9:30, according to a press release. it will conclude at 1 p.m. for students, and parents can remain until 1:30 p.m.
All interested high school students from Carlisle and Central Pa. public school districts are welcome and encouraged to attend, including private school and homeschooled students. This event includes free continental breakfast and lunch for all college fair participants. Additionally, there will be plenty of free parking.
