CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio - The city’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area in the Cedar-Lee District will go into effect on Friday, Sept. 27.

“A DORA is really going to bring this entertainment, food, and beverage district to life,” said Destiny Burns, owner of CLE Urban Winery and a supporter of the DORA. “It’s really going to enliven this whole business district to allow customers to move freely.”
