MIDDLETOWN, Ohio — A Cleveland-Cliffs worker at a steel mill in Southwest Ohio died Tuesday in an accident during “routine maintenance,” according to multiple reports.the company confirmed the accident in a statement released Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred at Middletown Works at the hot strip mill in the facility, the Enquirer reports.
