Not only are the company’s meals healthy and tasty, but they also happen to be gluten-free and dairy-free. The body benefits from clean eating and one’s lifestyle benefits from the elimination of grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning up. “The main goal was to create a meal prep company that provides food that is delicious and healthy,” she notes. “I wanted to take away the negative connotation that healthy food doesn’t taste good.”
“We rotate the menu on a seasonal basis,” she notes. “We just launched the first round of our winter menu.” She continued working out and eating right while earning a degree in Finance from Case Western Reserve University. When a desk job didn’t make her happy, she turned to her love of fitness and became a personal trainer. That’s when the “aha” moment hit.
