In an effort to curb rising cases of sexually transmitted infections in the county in conjunction with National HIV Awareness Day, Clear Creek County is holding an education and testing-based fair.
• Congenital syphilis was eradicated, but came back a few years ago.
• 2020 was a different year because of the pandemic. We saw a slight decrease during the first months of the pandemic , but then STIs are increasing again. In 2020:• Syphilis and congenital syphilis continue to increase in concerning rates
