If companies truly want to deliver on their promise to advance racial justice, they can’t stand on the sidelines of our democracy.

During the summer of 2020, as police violence led to nationwide and global calls for racial justice, businesses across the country made a commitment to shift the conversation and work to change the culture. Leaders from Fortune 500 companies to small, local businesses recognized that they could not stay silent, and pledged to play a powerful role in confronting systemic racism — not only in our country, but in their own organizations.

With so much at stake, When We All Vote teamed up with Vote.org to figure out what more we could do together to get the business community to join us in this fight. We know that the business community has a powerful role to play in combating voter suppression and protecting voting rights.

Join When We All Vote and Vote.org as we invest in creating a democracy that works for everyone, especially those who have been historically left out of the process. The goal is to create a world with more access and opportunities for everyone. The ballot box is just the first step.
