The City of Prince George has issued public notices regarding the sale of four different locations.
The City of Prince George has issued public notices of its intention to dispose of four different parcels of public land.
According to the new notices, the city intends to sell a portion of a lot located at 4505 Ospika Blvd. to Panorama Ospika Development Ltd. in exchange for a small portion of 4443 Ospika Blvd., located at the northwest corner of Ospika and Tyner Boulevards, and $70,000. According to BC Assessment, 4505 Ospika Blvd. was valued at $4,900 in the 2023 assessment.
