In honor of Kaia Gerber's 23rd birthday, Cindy Crawford shared a photo of her with Kaia when she was only a few years old and looked just like her.

To celebrate her daughter's 23rd trip around the sun, Crawford took to Instagram and shared two photos of her with her splitting image—the first photo was a throwback image of Crawford cradling Gerber in her arms, looking no more than three of four-years-old. Crawford flashes a smile in the photo, while young Gerber stays close to her mom's chest and flashes a shy grin to the camera. In the modern day photo, Gerber stands tall next to her mother, who she still looks so much like.
Following in her mother's footsteps, Gerber also models, and has also started securing a few film and television projects under her belt. Modeling, though, is where they find common ground. "Modeling has given my mom and me something new to bond over.
