Stars defenseman Chris Tanev practiced Tuesday after an injury scare during Saturday's game against the Seattle Kraken.

But the team received good news Tuesday, as Tanev participated in practice in a full capacity. He will be an option for Wednesday’s home game against the Edmonton Oilers.“He skated. He looks good, so we’ll see,” Stars head coach Pete DeBoer said. “You always withhold all your lineup decisions until tomorrow. You get to this time of year and a lot of guys are dealing with little things.”
after his right arm was trapped along the boards following a hit by Kraken defenseman Adam Larsson. Larsson was assessed a five-minute major penalty and a game misconduct.Tanev went straight down the tunnel after the hit. He briefly returned to the ice later in the period but was unable to finish the game.
