The “Under the Influence” hitmaker then allegedly proceeded to “ruthlessly stomp on” Diaw and kick him in the back of the neck, knocking him unconscious for 30 seconds. Diaw is also claiming that after the incident, Brown, 34, partook in “defamatory conduct by spreading false rumors” about him and his clients, including labeling him as a thief in order to hurt his professional relationships.Diaw is seeking damages and requests a trial by jury.The “crushing blows” from the tequila bottle sent the Onegodmusic owner to the hospital with “lacerations on his head,” according to the lawsuit Page Six obtained.
