Located at 2207 Crocker Road, Crocker Commons covers about 30,000 square feet of retail and 63,000 square feet of office space. The development is across from Crocker Park.Shake Shack has Northeast Ohio locations at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, downtown and in Pinecrest development in Orange Village.
Choolaah, on Chagrin Boulevard in Beachwood, uses clay cooking techniques and offers what is billed as unlimited customizable options. In a press release, Max Sussman of Five Forty Investments said an additional four tenants are in lease negotiations. “Despite many challenges with COVID, rising construction costs and inflation, CBRE was able to source new-to-market and expanding retailers and restaurants” for the mixed-use development project, Kevin Moss, vice president at CBRE in Cleveland, said in a release.
