Brown is set to play a pivotal role for the Chiefs and star quarterback Patrick Mahomes this season.
Brown was taken to the hospital, where he spent the night.Ironically, Reid compared Brown's injury to the one former Chiefs star wide receiver Tyreek Hill suffered in 2019 against the Jaguars. Hill missed four games due to that injury, and the timeline could be the same for Brown.Brown signed a one-year contract with the Chiefs as a free agent this past offseason after spending the 2023 season with the Arizona Cardinals.
