. But he did stand out at debates, forums and events with his slew of photos of Pennsylvanians he displayed as he spoke about various issues. In announcing his departure from the race, Ciarrocchi described himself “as an unknown candidate with a name you can’t pronounce who grew up in South Philly and was not a millionaire—but, with lots of friends, experience, and a message.”
