Peter McQuaid, of Charlottetown, is one of the volunteers at the short track speed skating competition in North Rustico. He competed in speed skating the last two Winter Games for P.E.I. in Red Deer, Alta., in 2019 and in Prince George, B.C., in 2015. Cheers to the organizers and volunteers who have and will continue to provide hundreds of hours of their time into making these Games a success.
