SaltWire's Atlantic regional weather forecast for October 24, 2023 | SaltWireCHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 34-year-old man is facing break-and-enter charges in connection to two separate business break-ins on Oct. 10.
Charlottetown police said a man was caught on video surveillance breaking into two Kensington Road businesses during the early morning hours on Tuesday, stealing several items. On Oct. 21, police carried out a search warrant at a home on Kensington Road that turned up several of the items missing from the businesses, and they arrested a Charlottetown man on the scene.
The accused remains in police custody and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 26 to face two counts of break and enter and two counts of breach of probation.
