A former Central Dauphin School Board member is requesting the video and the total legal cost the district has spent over seven years to try to suppress it.
The Dauphin County District Attorney found nothing to support criminal charges in a dispute over whether Central Dauphin School District employees were paid for 40 hours a week of work over the summer when they worked just 36 hours.A former school board member is once more asking the Central Dauphin School District to release a video of a confrontation between the former principal’s wife and a student on a school bus.
The request comes off the back of a Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision in December that ordered the video be redacted and released – affirming four previous court decisions that ordered the same.
