West York Police are looking for the man to serve an arrest warrant and protection from abuse order.
West York Borough Police have a felony warrant for, who has no fixed address, for burglary and theft stemming from a domestic related incident on April 30. Police said there is also an active protection from abuse order against Woods that police and the York County Sheriff’s Office are attempting to serve.
Woods is accused of breaking into the residence of an ex-girlfriend and stealing her cat, “Yuuki”, police said. Police say it is additionally alleged that Woods continues to attempt to harass and threaten the ex-girlfriend and has been communicating to third parties that he is going to hurt or kill the cat, and in one case, leaving taunting message that he has killed the cat.Police said they are considering additional charges under the Animal Welfare Act against him currently.
