A Philadelphia man is facing charges after he allegedly shot a delivery driver during a scuffle over a double-parked car Thursday afternoon in Center City.
According to investigators, 31-year-old Corey Curtis was boxed in by a delivery driver picking up an order on 17th and Chestnut Streets just after 1:50 p.m.
Curtis is accused of pulling a gun from his waistband and firing into the car, striking the delivery driver three times.Investigators allege Curtis then fled the scene in a white Kia.
