The famed celebrity portrait photographer is looking to part ways with the 88 Central Park West co-op she purchased in 2014 for $11.3 million.
Annie Leibovitz’s old Central Park perch hits market for $3MAnnie Leibovitz, 74, has put her two-story Upper West Side co-op on the market — and for significantly less than what she paid for it close to a decade ago.
In her years there, Leibovitz did a number of renovations throughout the four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment — including creating separate spaces for an office and a living room library, and updating a guest bedroom and a bathroom. It is “priced to sell” at the current ask, the Corcoran Group’s Deborah Kern, who holdsAs for why she’s choosing to part with the pre-war abode, “The apartment is now too big for me,” Leibovitz explained to the publication.
