Review Body: Having read the reviews I expected this to be a little better. I followed the recipe exactly, even though I KNEW it needed onions and garlic before I made it. It was a bit bland, but when I make it again I will add onions, garlic, more tomatoes and some cayenne for a bit more of a kick.Review Body: If you don't parboil your potatoes beforehand, you will end up with half-raw potatoes and overcooked cauliflower.
The recipe also does not call for enough salt - the dish is bland if one uses the amount of salt specified . Overall, the recipe idea was good, but needs a few tweaks.Review Body: are the potatoes already supposed to be boiled before adding it to the cauliflower?Review Body: This was excellent.
