It expands on legislation they helped put in that bans forced arbitration for employees who were sexually assaulted or sexually harassed.

Nearly 65% of all workers who make $13 per hour or less must arbitrate their claims.
But we also made it clear that these laws were just the first bite at the apple and that we would not stop until we achieved the same rights for workers who have faced discrimination based on race, age, disability, gender and sexual orientation. Senator Cory Booker’s bill is the next critical step on this road to justice.
