Sentences for offences committed in Quesnel, Williams Lake, 100 Mile House and areas
- David William Stevens was sentenced to 14 days in jail, prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in 100 Mile House.
- Vincent Tyrell Williams was sentenced to two years probation, issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault causing bodily harm and assaulting a peace officer, committed in Quesnel. Williams was in custody for 148 days following his arrest. - Kurt Loe Kujannek was sentenced to a 90-day conditional sentence order and one year probation for possessing stolen property, to a 45-day conditional sentence order for three counts of breaching probation and to time served for breaching a release order, call committed in Williams Lake. Kujannek was in custody for one day followinghis arrest on the breach of the release order.
- Kimberly Kristi Johnson was sentenced to 15 days in jail, prohibited from driving for one year and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act and sentenced to time served for fleeing police and mischief $5,000 or under, committed in Anahims Flat, breaching a release order, committed in Williams Lake and two counts of breaching probation, committed in Springhouse and Williams Lake. Time served was not available.
