Car plows into home in Otay Mesa West [Breaking]
A driver suffered minor injuries when her car veered off a main thoroughfare and plowed into a home in Otay Mesa West mid-morning Monday, a San Diego Fire-Rescue official said.Footage from OnScene TV shows the white sedan pushed through a wall. Most of the vehicle ended up in the garage.
A car crashed into a home on Palm Avenue in Otay Mesa West on Monday. The driver sustained minor injuries, a fire official said, and none of the residents of the home were injured. The driver was taken to a hospital to be treated for minor injuries, he said, and none of the residents of the home were injured.Fire crews left the sedan where it was as they waited for a city building inspector to take a look at the home. “We’ll leave the car in place in case removing it causes more damage,” Reece said.
