RCMP Northeast Traffic Services issued a fine of $410 after a motorist was caught doing 40 km/hr over the 60 km/hr posted speed limit on Highway 4.
Police didn’t say when the traffic stop occurred, however posted the information on its social media page on Monday afternoon. RCMP say they’re focusing on enforcement along the Highway and are asking motorists to slow down and to drive safe.Assault charges dismissed against officer; Cape Breton court report for Oct. 27, 2023.
