It\u0027s fair to say Luke Schenn has never experienced a week in his NHL career quite like this one.
Schenn’s situation is far from easy, he said afterwards.
“There’s the business side of things. There’s the hockey side of things and there’s obviously things on the home front so just trying to balance everything,” he added. Schenn, 33, was picked 5th overall in 2008 by the Maple Leafs, making the Leafs as an 18 year old. He’s played 15 seasons since, with six other teams along the way.His 2015-16 season for the Flyers was riddled with injuries. He missed games due to injury in Arizona too.
