To get its stock price above $1 per share, the Hall of Fame Village may start combining 10 or more shares into one to make each individukal share more valuable.

, it’s not an uncommon move for a company in the Hall of Fame Village’s position. The Nasdaq put the Village on notice in May, because its stock price was trading below $1.

Shareholders will get to vote on whether to allow a reverse stock split, according to a regulatory filing. If they vote yes, the Hall of Fame Village’s board of directors will have until May to do it. Hall of Fame Village’s board believes the split is in the best interest of the company, according to the filing, to avoid being delisted.
