"I have instructions given the nature of the delays to bring a Jordan application," defence lawyer Alain Hepner told Justice Sean Dunnigan on Monday.Supreme Court decision Before that happens, Justice Dunnigan will hear arguments on the Jordan application to determine if he will stay Selby's charges. That hearing is set to take place in April.
