The ad is being made public two days after Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé told an audience during a speech that his proposed health reform would \u0022shaker\u0022 the status quo.

The 30-second ad, produced as a video and audio spot, begins with the image of a peregrine falcon in flight. The narrator, speaking in French, notes that the falcon has a reputation for being a bird of prey that is “assez sick” but also “assez chill” because it is “super quick” in flight.
