Sentences for offences committed in Smithers, Houston, Burns Lake, Vanderhoof, Fort St. James and areas
- David George Wesley was sentenced to time served for two counts of theft $5,000 or under and two counts of breaching release orders, all committed in Smithers. Wesley was in custody for 61 days prior to sentencing.
- Karlene Deanna Wilson was sentenced to time served for breaching a release order, committed in Burns Lake. Wilson was in custody for one day prior to sentencing. - Leith Zoey Erin Friesen was sentenced to one year probaiton for theft $5,000 or under, committed in Vanderhoof. - Clifford William Dick was sentenced to 30 months in jail for making or publishing child pornography, committed in Prince George, and to one year in jail for possessing child pornography, committed in Vanderhoof. Dick was also named to the national sexual offender registry for 10 years, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample.
