Buc-ee's claims the logos could confuse customers and that confusion has led to a loss in sales for Buc-ee's.The lawsuit calls for a permanent injunction to stop Super Fuels from using the dog logo, for Super Fuels to pay Buc-ee's for any "ill-gotten gains" and the destruction of all signs, packages and other materials with the logo.Super Fuels owns two locations in Dallas and one in Irving.Buc-ee's was founded in Lake Jackson, Texas in 1982.
