Double dipping in free agency or the trade market and the draft was always a real possibility at receiver and the Browns can still add a dynamic receiver at No. 13 if the right player falls. Cooper’s presence takes the burden off a receiver taken in the first round to be the No. 1 immediately. He also makes it easier for the Browns to address edge rusher on Thursday night of the draft and dig into the depth of the receiver position in either the second or third round.
