However, the second porn viewing, which two female colleagues witnessed, “was deliberate.” “My crime – biggest crime – is that on another occasion I went in a second time,” Parish said; according to the BBC, the lawmaker was sitting and waiting to vote on the side of the chamber when he took the porn break he called “total madness.”
“I took complete leave of my senses, my sense of decency… I was wrong, I was stupid, I lost sense of mind,” Parish added. “I will have to live with this for the rest of my life. I made a huge terrible mistake and I’m here to tell the world.” Ironically, earlier this week amid rumors that a then-unidentified member of Parliament was caught watching porn, Parish appearedfor a discussion about the alleged incident without implicating himself. “You are going to get people who step over the line,” Parish said:
