The British Fashion Council (BFC) have announced a brand new concept for London Fashion Week (LFW), June 2024.
will take place from Friday, June 7th to Sunday, June 9th 2024., the spring/summer ‘25 edition aims to ignite “a cultural moment” in London, providing a platform for diverse British designers and brands with a focus on the depth and breadth of menswear businesses in the UK.
As part of the new format on Friday, June 7th the BFC will host a curated programme of events at the Institute of Contemporary Arts to include an exhibition, panel discussions and cultural events informed by the first three cultures the BFC has chosen to spotlight this season. This will be complemented by the “40 for 40” schedule, made up of 40 activations hosted by leading British brands and designers including; catwalk shows, presentations and events.
Of the upcoming season, Caroline Rush, Chief Executive, British Fashion Council commented: “As we continue our celebrations of LFW40, we are thrilled to share a new concept for LFW June which will amplify our designers and promote the diverse menswear businesses.”
