Bravo is opening a ‘Top Chef’ eatery in a food court in Philadelphia (Via EaterPhilly)
the underground food court inside the Comcast Center at 17th and JFK. The counter-service eatery will offer a rotating menu of dishes that appeared on the Bravo TV show — hopefully only ones the judges didn’t pan., is consulting on the menu. He won’t be working in the kitchen at Quickfire; that chef hasn’t been named yet.
Open for lunch only, Top Chef Quickfire will include an open kitchen, a case with grab-and-go items, and some seating. You can either order at the counter or, if you’re not paying with cash, use a touchscreen. Spectra, a food services and hospitality company, is designing the space “to make visitors feel like they have stepped into aIt’s slated to open in January. This is the second Top Chef Quickfire. The first opened in June 2018 at SeatGeek Stadium, where Major League Soccer team Chicago Fire plays.
